After a thrilling 2022-23 season, the Premier League is set to kick off once again in August. Who will come out on top this time around? Our pundits have made their predictions.

Last season, Manchester City were crowned champions for the fifth time in six years. They will be looking to make it six out of seven this season, but they will face stiff competition from Liverpool, Chelsea, Tottenham, and Arsenal.

Our pundits have been asked to predict the top four finishers in the Premier League, as well as the team that will win the title. Here are their predictions:

• Chris Sutton: 1. Manchester City, 2. Liverpool, 3. Chelsea, 4. Tottenham
• Alan Shearer: 1. Manchester City, 2. Liverpool, 3. Chelsea, 4. Arsenal
• Rio Ferdinand: 1. Manchester City, 2. Liverpool, 3. Tottenham, 4. Arsenal
• Frank Lampard: 1. Manchester City, 2. Liverpool, 3. Chelsea, 4. Tottenham
• Steven Gerrard: 1. Manchester City, 2. Liverpool, 3. Chelsea, 4. Arsenal

As you can see, there is a consensus among our pundits that Manchester City are the favorites to win the title. However, there is some disagreement about who will finish in the top four. Three of our pundits believe that Chelsea will finish third, while the other two believe that Tottenham will finish in that position.

It will be interesting to see how the season unfolds and who is ultimately crowned champions. Will Manchester City continue their dominance, or will one of their rivals finally knock them off their perch?
